Lyra Abbott (Work Director)
Lyra is a recent graduate of Washington College with a BA in Theater and Dance. She completed her senior thesis by directing God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza in April of 2022. This is her first job with a professional theater company and she is thrilled to be around so many talented people.
Caitlin Belcik (Choreographer; Stage Director, All Shook Up)
Caitlin Belcik is thrilled to be returning to CLOC as the choreographer and a stage director this year! Caitlin is a NYC-based performer and choreographer. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State and her MA in Nonprofit Leadership from OCU. Most recently, Caitlin choreographed J2 Spotlight’s Off-Broadway production of The Baker’s Wife at Theatre Row. Other choreography credits include: Seesaw (Off-Broadway), And the World Goes ‘Round w/Deidre Goodwin (Tap Choreography, New London Barn Playhouse), 2021 CLOC season. As a performer, Caitlin has been seen on Broadway and in 30+ regional productions.
Beth Burrier (Music Director, All Shook Up)
Beth Burrier, CLOC Associate Artistic Director, is thrilled to be back in Falmouth this summer. Beth holds degrees from both Otterbein University and Ithaca College, and has over 150 musicals to her credit, including the National Tours of RENT, and The Full Monty.
Tiffany Chang (Music Director, Die Fledermaus)
Taiwanese-American conductor Tiffany Chang helps artists feel fulfilled, seen, and valued. Having made thrilling debuts at Portland Opera and Opera Columbus, she has received awards from the Solti Foundation U.S., The American Prize, and OPERA America. She writes the blog "Conductor as CEO" about creating purpose-driven cultures, promoting psychological safety, and building employee-centric workplaces. She's served as professor at Oberlin Conservatory, Boston University, Baldwin Wallace Conservatory, and Berklee College of Music.
Jennifer Delac (Stage Director, Kiss Me Kate)
Jennifer is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University with an MFA in Directing for Musical Theatre, has directed, choreographed, and stage managed in NYC and regionally. Jennifer was thrilled to make her CLOC debut last summer directing Little Women and is excited to return to direct Kiss Me Kate. Select credits include: Diana the Musical (Assistant to Dir. Diane DiCroce (Stage Director, She Loves Me)
Diane DiCroce is thrilled to be joining CLOC this summer as the Stage Director for She Loves Me. Most recently, Diane directed Beauty and the Beast and Jason Robert Brown's, The Last Five Years for New Bedford Festival Theatre. As an actor, Diane appeared for many years on Broadway (Les Miserables), in National and International Tours (Les Miserables, My Fair Lady, 42nd Street) and in many Off-Broadway, Regional and Stock productions around the country. Diane was the Resident Director for the Weathervane Repertory Theatre’s 53rd season, Directing Always…Patsy Cline, Our Town and It Shoulda’ Been You (in concert) alongside the show’s composer, Barbara Anselmi. Other Weathervane productions include The King and I (NH Theatre Award Nominee) and Inherit the Wind. Additional productions include Mamma Mia (Spotlight Repertory Theatre, NYC), My Way (SummerStorck, OH) and Songs for a New World (Seaside Music Theater, FL). As an Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre at Emerson College (Boston), Diane has directed at the historic Cutler Majestic Theatre (Urinetown) and the RJO Paramount (Lucky Stiff) as well as an entirely live, virtual production (Spring Awakening) for Emerson Stage. She is a 30+ year member of Actors’ Equity Association (AEA), an Associate member of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC) and is currently the Vice-Chair of the Auditions committee for the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC). Elizabeth Hastings (Music Director, The Gondoliers)
Elizabeth Hastings has conducted for many regional opera companies, including the Washington Opera, Sarasota Opera, Toledo Opera, Harrisburg Opera, New Rochelle Opera, Opera Theatre of Montclair, and Union Avenue Opera in St. Louis. She served as both conductor and stage director for Queens College Opera’s productions of Die Fledermaus, Le nozze di Figaro, and The Magic Flute and most recently for Regina Opera’s La Bohème. She is on the faculty of NYU Steinhardt.
Dani Lee Hutch (Music Director, The Scarlet Pimpernel)
Dani Lee Hutch has always loved a good story. As a music director, she aims to communicate authentic stories through music and theatre. She graduated with a BA in Piano Performance from Cedarville University and earned an MM in Music Direction for Theatre at Arizona State University. She has served as a music director for Norwegian Cruise Lines with the Norwegian Breakaway’s productions of SIX the Musical and Burn the Floor. Her most recent adventure takes her all over the country with the WICKED National Tour, where she currently serves as the Keys 3 player and music librarian. Tim is thrilled to be returning to CLOC after serving as an Associate Conductor for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Zachary Manlapid (Music Director, No, No, Nanette)
Zachary (he/him) is happy to return to Cape Cod as a Music Director! He was a previous Associate Conductor for the 2019 and online 2020 season. Originally from San Diego, CA, he is currently based in Vancouver, BC as he pursues his Masters of Music in Choral Conducting at the University of British Columbia.
Joan McDonald (General Manager) lives in Wareham, MA and when not working at CLOC is a clay artist. She received a BA from Lesley University and studied at Andover Newton Theological School. She has worked in a variety of roles on and off the Cape, from the Director of Religious Education, Suicide Prevention training, to managing workforce development and school to careers programs.
James Mills (Stage Director, The Gondoliers)
James is delighted to be returning to CLOC for an eighth summer. He previously staged 2021’s season opener The Pirates of Penzance. Having performed in the Vocal Company of the 2004 CLOC season, James made a special appearance in Stable to Stage II, the 2010 Benefit for the Highfield Theatre Restoration Project, and he has served as a member of the CLOC National Honorary Committee of Alumni. A graduate of the University of New Mexico, James is based in New York City and makes a living as Associate Artistic Director and principal comic baritone, or “patter man,” with the New York Gilbert & Sullivan Players. In his time with NYGASP, James has performed in all 13 of the surviving G&S comic operas in NYC, on tour across the US and Canada, or in the UK at the International G&S Festival. He has directed and stage managed for NYGASP and is the 2019/2020 recipient of the Isaac Asimov Award for Artistic Achievement. As a character actor and fixture of the NYC nightlife community, James has been honored to be an announcer for the NYC Pride March and is co-star/co-creator (along with RuPaul Drag Race Season 12 star Jackie Cox) of the all-new drag musical, The Hell’s Kitchenettes, @hellskitchenettes and hellskitchenettes.com. Alison Morooney (Stage Director, Assassins and Cinderella)
Alison is grateful to be returning to CLOC this summer. She has just completed an MFA in Directing for the Musical Theatre Stage at Penn State University, and will now serve on the musical theatre faculty at Wilkes University. Favorite recent productions include Funny Girl (Broadway, Directing Observer), The Wild Party, Sea Wall. At CLOC you may remember her work in Gentleman’s Guide…, Pippin, and Mary Poppins among others. She earned her BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University.
David Möschler (Music Director, Assassins)
David is an award-winning conductor and musical director based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He started his professional career as an Associate Conductor at CLOC for the 2005–06 seasons, and has been returning regularly as a Principal Conductor ever since. Outside of CLOC Möschler has music-directed over 125 professional regional productions and tours regularly throughout the United States with groups such as Pop-Up Magazine and The Dear Hunter and last spring made his Off-Broadway debut with CLOC alumni playing accordion on The Baker's Wife. Mark Pearson (Executive & Artistic Director) Originally from Hull, Massachusetts, Mark received his BA in theater and philosophy from Boston College and his MFA from Boston University. Mark has been a member of the CLOC family since 2003 and has held several different positions including costume designer: set designer and technical director: and stage director. Mark returned to CLOC in 2017 as Executive Director after an active theater career designing, stage managing and assistant directing in Germany at several opera houses.

Erin Farrell Speer (Director, The Scarlet Pimpernel)
Erin is a musical theatre director, choreographer and filmmaker. She serves as Assistant Professor of Musical Theatre at UNC Greensboro where she is the Director of Undergraduate Studies and co-coordinates the BFA musical theatre program. Erin has also taught in the musical theatre programs at Penn State and Florida Southern. At UNCG, Erin has been the recipient of several Outstanding Teaching Awards. Clyde Tyndale (Production Manager & Technical Director)
Clyde is retired from Falmouth Academy where he taught Stagecraft for 26 years
and was involved in the technical aspects of nearly all performances during that time. He was
Technical Director for the Cape Cod Theatre Project (1996-2011), and the Technical Director
for the Bourne (MA) High School Drama Club (1997-2005). He has been working in technical
theatre since 1968, and has been technical director, set designer, lighting designer, or sound
designer for many theatrical and dance productions over the years, including for CLOC. He was
the Technical director for Workshops for the Folk Alliance Annual Conference (1995-2010), and
was Technical Director of the Northeast Performing Arts Conference (1994 - 2000). He was the
sound engineer for the Woods Hole Folk Music Society concerts for all of its forty-seven
seasons. Clyde owns Euterpe Instruments, a sound reinforcement, lighting and technical
production business specializing in folk and acoustic music, and is a co-owner of Pelagic
Electronics, a manufacturer of oceanographic and scientific products. He is originally from San
Diego, CA, holds a degree in Physics from San Diego State College (now S.D.S.U.), and has
lived in the Falmouth area since 1964. He has been a CLOC Trustee since 1980 and currently is
the chair of the Facilities committee.
David Weiller (Music Director, Cinderella)
David Weiller first came to CLOC as a rehearsal pianist in 1979. As a principal conductor, he has conducted 54 CLOC productions over the past 42 years, including much of the Gilbert & Sullivan canon, European and early American operettas, and Broadway classics. Some of his favorite Highfield conducting memories are the CLOC premieres of She Loves Me!, Song of Norway, Countess Maritza, The King and I, The Most Happy Fella, Lady Be Good!, and Show Boat. David was a faculty member at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for 37 years, where he served as director of choral studies and associate director of the School of Music. The recipient of many teaching awards on campus, Professor Weiller led performances of choral-orchestral works ranging from J. S. Bach to Leonard Bernstein, served as musical director for productions of the UNLV Opera Theater and UNLV Department of Theatre, and conducted over 1,000 shorter choral works spanning 500 years of repertoire. Many of David’s former students are highly successful music educators, conductors, and performers. He was an early mentor to international Grammy-winning composer Eric Whitacre, who is also a CLOC alumnus.

Electronics, a manufacturer of oceanographic and scientific products. He is originally from San
Diego, CA, holds a degree in Physics from San Diego State College (now S.D.S.U.), and has
lived in the Falmouth area since 1964. He has been a CLOC Trustee since 1980 and currently is
the chair of the Facilities committee.
David Weiller (Music Director, Cinderella)
David Weiller first came to CLOC as a rehearsal pianist in 1979. As a principal conductor, he has conducted 54 CLOC productions over the past 42 years, including much of the Gilbert & Sullivan canon, European and early American operettas, and Broadway classics. Some of his favorite Highfield conducting memories are the CLOC premieres of She Loves Me!, Song of Norway, Countess Maritza, The King and I, The Most Happy Fella, Lady Be Good!, and Show Boat. David was a faculty member at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for 37 years, where he served as director of choral studies and associate director of the School of Music. The recipient of many teaching awards on campus, Professor Weiller led performances of choral-orchestral works ranging from J. S. Bach to Leonard Bernstein, served as musical director for productions of the UNLV Opera Theater and UNLV Department of Theatre, and conducted over 1,000 shorter choral works spanning 500 years of repertoire. Many of David’s former students are highly successful music educators, conductors, and performers. He was an early mentor to international Grammy-winning composer Eric Whitacre, who is also a CLOC alumnus.
