Performance internship: Teens ages 15-18 who have completed their first year of high school may audition for a performance internship. Subject to needs of individual productions and ability level of applicant, performance interns are invited to act as an ensemble member on stage in one of that season’s nine productions and learn about the rehearsal and performance process through a unique, hands-on experience.
Performance interns follow the same intense 2-week schedule as a full company member, learning a show in 1 week and performing 7 shows the following week. Rehearsal schedules change on a daily basis and may include up to 3 work sessions anywhere from 9am-10pm. Performance week consists of 5 evening performances that may end as late as 10:30pm, plus 2 additional matinees.
To apply for a performance internship, please complete both the internship application with 2 references and email [email protected] to register for an audition slot. Successful candidates are teens with a passion for musical theater who are able to take direction, follow instructions, and act maturely in a professional environment.

Apprenticeship
Apprentice Company: Teens age 15-18 who have already completed a successful 2 week internship may be invited to return the following season as a company apprentice, working with CLOC staff during the school year on outreach and embedding fully within the company for 3-4 shows during the summer. (Because the Apprentice Company runs our CLOC in the Schools after-school program during the school year, this unique opportunity is currently only available to high school students who are year-round local to the Falmouth area.)
