As with most ventures of this scale, there were several unknowns that couldn't be calculated at the beginning of the project. Location changes, unexpected engineering requirements, volatility in building material costs, landscaping and town safety requirements were all unknown expenses that contributed to a higher cost. The largest additional cost, however, was our new campus-wide nitrogen-reducing septic and wastewater treatment system.
We have reached out $3.9 million goal!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this project possible!
