Lucas Hall, 54 Chapoquoit Rd, Falmouth, MA 02540 Join the Cape Cod String Quartet and friends for an inspiring night of music that represents the beauty of autumn on Cape Cod. The Cape Cod String Quartet, pianist Matthew Hutchinson, and singers Steve Ross, Emma Fahle, and Anna McEntee will be performing many of their favorite pop and contemporary selections—such as Imagine, Your Song, All I Ask of You, Stand by Me, and Fields of Gold—interspersed with classical works including Vivaldi’s Double Concerto and semi-classical works arranged by the Danish String Quartet that are based on the traditional fiddle music roots of Denmark and Norway.
This cross style concert program is very unique, recognizing the joy of the season, while suggesting an overall sense of reflection and beauty autumn can provoke—unifying coast to coast and past to present. |
